सबसे हेअल्थी कुल्थ की दाल | Kulthi Dal Recipe In Hindi | Kulth Dal | Horse Gram Dal by Jasleen


Since it’s Winters, we’ll make a
Winter’s special Dal (Lentil) That is called Kulth Ki Dal (Horse gram). I have soaked 1 cup Kulth Dal (Horse Gram Daal)
overnight and now we’ll boil it. In 1 cup Dal add 3-4 cups of Water. 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder. Salt as per taste. We will now pressure cook it. So now we’ll make the Tempering for the dal. So for it, I have taken
2 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter). A pinch of Asafoetida. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds. 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic, chopped. 1 Green Chilli, chopped. 1 small Onion, chopped. We’ll now cook this. Sauté the Onion until slightly golden brown. No we’ll add 1 Tomato, grated. In that we’ll add some more Salt. Always add the Salt after you add
the Tomatoes, they cook faster. After the Tomato is cooked, we’ll
add in 1 tsp Coriander Powder. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder. We’ll add in some Water and cook it. We have pressure cooked this
for 8-9 whistles, we’ll now check it. Our tempering is read, We’ll add in the Dal. The Kulth Dal is a protein rich dal. It helps in dissolving kidney stone as well. And is great for winters. The consistency of the Dal is perfect. So this winter do try this
