Then I’ll go to the early morning exercise. I’m here to work out. I’m going to do an empty aerobic exercise today. Lately I’ve been on a treadmill with an Incline up. I’m sweating a lot.^^ 300 calories consumed. After exercising, need to massage with a foam roller. I went to work after working out. ^^ The trainer told me to put cherry tomatoes in my mouth instead of snacks. The trainer said snacks are the most fattening. I will never eat snacks!!!!!!!!!! I also brought brown rice for lunch. I really want to eat snack chocolate. ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It helped me a little to eat cherry tomatoes every time. ^^ I got home from work. Mushroom salad for dinner tonight Today’s protein diet is squid. Mushroom salad Completed I added fried eggs, squid, and shrimp for the protein I need. Many people are curious about my diet. So I’ll show you how to eat a meal during the day. I always eat normal meals at least once a day. When I first started dieting, I naver eat normal meals. At that time, I only ate potatoes, sweet potatoes, eggs, and chicken breast, but I felt weak, my head was dizzy, and my health was failing. So after that, I always eat normal meals. I wanted to go on a healthy and sustainable diet, not to lose weight in a short period of time.^^ For breakfast, I eat good carbohydrates For example, sweet potatoes, bananas, and sweet pumpkin are good carbohydrates. I usually eat 1 banana or 100g of sweet potato and 3 eggs. I have normal meals for lunch. I eat 80 ~ 90g of brown rice, vegetable side dishes, and meat side dishes. I have a protein-based diet for dinner. 100g of chicken breast and lots of vegetables! I try not to eat carbohydrates in the evening. Carbohydrates are really important. The cause of getting fat is carbohydrates. Our bodies use carbohydrates when we’re active. The remaining carbohydrates accumulate in fat. And dietary fiber is a very important nutrient for dieting. It lowers blood sugar levels and lowers fat absorption. Dietary fiber is a natural diet supplement. going to the evening exercise. two movements a day ^^ This evening’s workout is 500 squats! The trainer gave me 500 squats for homework because my squat position was not perfect. I did it for more than an hour by holding the posture correctly. 500 squats. It’s really hard. ㅠㅠ When I was working out, I thought about what I was going through all this trouble for. But as soon as I got home, that thought disappeared. 🙂 That’s because Mangnut2 is here. ^^ It was so delicious that I bought it again. Mangnut2 is a vegan bread without egg, butter and milk. I will eat as soon as I wake up tomorrow!!!^**^ When will I lose weight? I still weigh 55kg. Eat a Mangnut2 bread as soon as wake up I’m going to eat it with Greek yogurt. This is oatmeal dipped in yogurt last night. Wow, the plating is so cute. Doesn’t it look delicious? I bought a bowl, love it. Shopping is a small happiness in everyday life! I’m on a diet, but I’m eating pretty. ^^ Greek yogurt is so delicious. Greek yogurt is low in calories and rich in protein. These days, I’m careful going to the gym. That’s why I’m doing home training at home. I used to watch YouTube and exercise alone for 6 months. I’ll show you the exercise I did while watching YouTube.
