  2. You should make a dog channel. And Jason Blahino doesn't recommend supplements, so I've never taken them despite being a lifter.

  3. Yes supplements are my financial kryptonite. I am slowly trying to spend less on them. Maybe just some bars and tasty powders to keep me gym motivated but I started with cutting out pills since I was tired of swallowing 20 at once.

  4. I can see why you gave up on sports. With the exception of Lebron James in the Cavs Cleveland sucks at sports. I was lucky enough to be a Boston/New England fan but those days are finally numbered and I can focus on me again. Lol

  5. Jarrad is awesome… Calling people who get offended snowflakes ha. But seriously, I don't watch sports either because dudes throwing a ball around a field who get paid millions per year don't improve my life. Not saying people can't enjoy sports, but I agree with you on this one again.

  6. I agree. Hoarding is awful and harder to get rid of stuff because nobody wants to pay for it and you don't want to throw it out.

  7. My condolences for your brother. And lol, I hate alcohol, too. Too bad I'm in NY… You're like my big bro from another mo-f-…

  8. I only realized in my late 20s that magazines like Men's Health were basically an advertising board for the nutrition industry. They cite articles written by people who were funded by the industry to write about the effect of those pills and powders. Health-conscious consumers like us spend $$$ each year on their (mostly placebo) products. A BIG SCAM. Would have saved & invested more had I known this earlier in life.

  9. Biggest cut for me recently, is packing a lunch. No more $12 daily lunches each day, I am more than content with a packed lunch at a fraction of the cost.

  10. Loving the video boss. What are your hobbies other than making money? I have also gone through a lot of these things to be honest. Used to be addicted to video games actually thought I could be a streamer like ninja. Than I had a food addiction and would buy Uber eats three or four times a day. Thank God I woke up and now I am super frugal with a $200 food budget and no dollar goes to random stuff not even gum!!

  11. I saved $1200 and 18 hours annually by not dying my hair, I used to go to a salon to have it done. I am working on eating out a lot less. My spending lately on stuff for my puppy is going to be minimized too. You are totally right about pet spending.

  12. Nice video, yes if you look close at what you spend and especially where you spend it on you will be amazed at what you can save!

  13. I defintely see the point behind cutting back (especially on a few of those rather unproductive items) BUT I am all about looking at how you can increase your income and make more money. I believe that focusing on reduction only leads to a poverty mindset but focusing on expansion increases your potential for more income. Focus on wealth creation and not just on preservation.

  14. I get where you’re coming from with sports, but I love them. I’m a frugal sports fan. Only go to a few select games per year and pretty much never buy gear. Main cost is the cable cost (which is pricy).

Sometimes you just need a guilty pleasure and mine is watching athletics but I’m fairly frugal in most other aspects of my life.

  15. Jared, I am a massage therapist and it’s really crucial that I cover any cuts so I understand where you’re coming from. I use liquid Band-Aid or new skin. I know you were talking about not spending money but I think this would be a good investment if you need to protect cuts from water etc…

  16. I stopped buying water bottles. I Purchased a BPA free water pitcher with filter from Amazon and I use reusable water bottles. So much better in so many ways

  17. Ooooooh that first one hit me in my soul!! 😅😅 But damn I do need some BCAAs after my tough workouts! The sore muscles kill me!💪🏻

  18. No TV! Do you like sports? If so, do you just stream certain games? That's a tough one to get rid of for me!

  19. Supplements are also not regulated by the FDA. Even if they state the ingredients there is no way of actually holding a company to it. Who the hell knows what they are putting in that stuff

  20. I was obsessed with my Local cricket team in the Summer season and my Local Rugby team in the winter. I was Spending money on season tickets, fan clothing and parking. And then one day i realised i was spending so much money with no benifit.

  21. I dropped 500$ on an awesome one plus 7 pro to replace a phone that worked just fine. I returned it immediately because it was not needed

  22. Love this! So many on your list were never even on mine…pets and kids don"t need more stuff, they need attention..NE Ohio too so Vit D is essential…Banksy makes me happy..

  23. HAHA!! That’s funny that you were called poor because you did not buy something you did not want That’s ridiculous! 🤣

  24. Really cool to see you address alcohol. I am almost 60 days with no alcohol and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement in my efficiency throughout the day. I also go to sleep and wake up at the exact same time every day. All around positive impacts from losing the alcohol. I also hold your same views on the sports and workout supplements. Great content. Always glad to know there are others out there! 🙂

  26. The “Free, just pay fees and handling” is also a ripoff. You end up paying for the item with that overinflated fee and shipping fee 😂🤲🏻

  27. Great video. I'll have to watch my supplement intake. Sports while fun and entertaining and even a networking tool is such a waste of time and money. It was great while I was single but making money and working on fire is far mire important for now. I can enjoy sports again later during fire maybe lol. Continuing education is one of my top priorities. Thanks for the education once again!
