3 Ingredient Sugar Free Crepe Recipe  – Protein Treats by Nutracelle


hey guys welcome to Protein treats by
nutria cell I’m Melanie Wildman and like many of us I struggled with my weight
for most of my life so today I am going to show you guys how to make three
ingredient crepes that are super high in protein high in fiber and see me easy to
make and delicious so let’s get started okay so for these are so insanely easy
to make all you’re going to need is 1/2 a cup of egg whites you’re going to need
about a tablespoon of some sort of milk you can use soy milk you can use coconut milk you can use almond milk or you could even use water whatever it is
needs to be unsweetened and then you’re going to need one scoop of your natural
Nutralean I’m going to put it in the blender for a couple of seconds and
that’s it that’s all we need and then I’m going to show you how we actually
make them on the frying pan okay so we’re just going to dump in our egg
whites here and a little bit of our milk I’m using a coconut milk and then our
scoop of natural Nutralean that’s it and we’re going to go ahead and put the
cover on our mixer here the reason why I’m doing that is because it mixes a lot
better in a blender with the egg whites than trying to whisk it there we go that was easy so I’m using
an olive oil spray here you can also just use a little bit of olive oil on
your pan you just want to make sure that your pan is not going to stick and all
you’re going to do is pour in enough batter to coat your pan and you’re also
going to pick your pan up and you’re going to throw it a little bit to make
sure that it’s evenly covered so I’ll show you here so we’re putting in I
would say about a 1/3 of a cup quarter cup her just like that see that and then
we’re going to let it set and then we’re going to flip it over and then you’re
just going to take your spatula run it underneath the side and then flip it
right over look at that so this recipe will do about four crepes
if you pour it thin enough if you go a little bit thicker you’ll wind up with
about three crepes but should make four for you you want to make sure that it’s
golden brown on one side before you flip it over to the other side and there you
go you can see how perfect and golden brown this crepe it is these crepes are so easy to make you can do up a big batch
and keep them in the freezer that way your breakfasts are super easy take them
out and you’re ready to go you can even use them to make sandwich wrap okay so
the easiest way to make your crepe filling is I have half a cup of Greek
yogurt here and I’m just going to add one scoop of vanilla Nutralean and
that’s all you need you don’t need any sweetener at all and then just go ahead
and mix that up so then I’m just going to take my mixture here with the Greek
yogurt and the vanilla Nutraean and put it right across the bottom of my crepe
add in a few fresh berries I have raspberries and blueberries here which
are really low in sugar of course chock full of antioxidants and they are high
in fiber and look at this isn’t that looking yummy and
I’m just going to fold it over put a couple more little berries here just so
it looks pretty doesn’t that look absolutely delicious I think we should
give it a little test see how it turned out and of course
just imagine regular one of these crapes you’re having over 20 grams of kerbs
these ones almost no carbs it’s really only three ingredients and make sure you
stick around to the end because we’re going to show some of the pictures of
some of our amazing viewers and they sent in how much weight they’ve lost
with their before and after pictures we’re going to show off some of their
achievements in the meantime I’m definitely going to taste test this mmm

  1. I love this recipe! But… PLEASE be careful spraying oil in pan over open flame. Don't want it to explode on ya! 😉 I want to see many many many more of your fabulous videos. So you have to stay safe
