  1. And to think I was just about to purchase the darn thing! I don't care for the nutritional info as I know lots about it already and can get the rest online, but to see all the up-sales listed seems to be more of "THEIR PRODUCT" than anything else! UGH!!! I HATE dishonest folkz/businesses! Thanks for sharing! Greatly appreciated. Glad you helped to save my money before I allowed it to go down the drain!

  2. It’s true the program has a bunch of up sales and after you order ( like I did ) this dude will never EVER. Stop emailing you with offers his ass only wants to make money! HOWEVER ! Let me at least say I did follow this plan to the T and it was kinda hard to be so disciplined but I wanted to just try being on this 21 day diet and seeing if it worked. I went from 178 to 152 , I lost 26 pounds ! The first 3 days I lost 11 pounds ! It did work and mostly was water weight. Now I’m regular low carb and some days regular and eat whatever. I’m 157 so I put 5 back on ! Anyway the guys diet works it is a combo of low carb and fat fast and full fat water fast it’s so specific day to day. Like I said I did it I lost weight I’m a 30 year old female and I ushually lose a max of 12 pounds in a month on a low calorie diet. I was 200 pounds last year ..

  3. Thanks for sacrificing yourself for us mere mortals. Appreciate it as I was about to get this but a had a bad feeling about it still…

  4. I looked at this ,I got a free preview ,let’s see drink a gallon of water a day ,I would be up all night going to the toilet, also to do this programme you have to do the exercise programme ,no options for the disabled

  5. I own course and I lost 20 pounds in 21 days on my first go-around! I am a male Who weigh 264 pounds at the start. I followed the course exactly, except that I chose not to do the exercises. I still managed to lose 20 pounds! Brian Flatt, the author, States very clearly that taking the supplements that are recommended is optional as well as doing the exercises. This reviewer didn't try the diet, so he has no business reviewing the product. Sure there are some up sales for powdered organic protein drinks and vitamins but they are totally optional and the author states that. The thing I like about that died is I was never hungry… Got to eat steak pork chops bacon eggs fish chicken shrimp and an array of vegetables three times a day. While there are portion recommendations which need to be followed for Optimum weight loss, there is no calorie counting!

  6. You need to use the product first Nick Rapkiles before you review it. As a user of the product my husband and I have used it personally and followed the 3Week Diet Plan and have lost weight and quite a substantial amount, between the two of us 42 pounds. We followed it to the letter and it brought amazing results!!

  7. Too complicated and unnecessary to spend money just to read a diet! I've been on the military diet and lost a total of 5 lbs in a week. It's inexpensive and it works! Thanks for your review!

  8. whaaa!!! What a whiner… I did the program and was VERY Happy with the offerings and my success. This is the internet , everyone sells everything! So get on with something REAL to say….

  9. Thank you SO MUCH. This review was super helpful to me, I was nervous about investing in this program. Honestly, I'm just interested in learning about nutritional habits and exercises that actually work, and I realize that requires more hard work and dedication than a "get thin quick" program will offer. Thanks again!
