  2. I drink cow's milk several times a day. Every single day and it never helps with my sleep. Nor does it ever improve my health and make me lose any weight. So everything that was said about milk is all 100% total lies. And I tried some of those milk alternatives like cashew, almond, and soy. I found them very disgusting. And I wanted to throw up after drinking them. I really don't know how people can stand the horrible taste of them. I rather have cow milk instead. Even if it is all nothing but lies. Of what was said about dairy milk. But I will rather drink dairy over those very disgusting milk alternatives.
    And this is coming from someone whose late grandfather was a dairy farmer. And the spent the first 15 years of her life growing up on his dairy farm.

  5. Problems with non organic milk is twofold. Cows given hormones to continue milk production year round (without calving) develope infections in udders, and require antibiotics to treat. So, in such cases, we get both the pus from onfection and the antibiotic to treat it. A double whammy for both us and the poor cow

  12. We are the only mammals that drink milk in adulthood and what makes it worse is that it is not human milk its cows milk, sometimes goats. Cows milk is meant for cows not humans. Cows milk is full of antibiotics and also has small amounts of pus due to masitis. Milk is NOT the best source of calcium…green leafy veg! Milk=propoganda
