  1. Selvedge: the edges of a woven fabric that don't Ravel, I have never heard anyone that didn't sew refer to them. Make me like you even a little more.

  2. I'm 34 and sedentary worker. No proper activity due to asthma. Now that my asthma is controlled can I get my spine back in proper alignment with exercise? It's severely out of shape with neck and back pains and slight burning feelings throughout back

  3. i’m not having pain, but shooting numbness, pins & needles. Should I stop? These stretches seem to make tingling worse.

  4. I just love all these stretches.  They really work!  Your advice helped me with plantar fasciitis.  You are so helpful!  Thanks!

  5. you should do a video on how to get down to the floor to sit or lay down, and how to get back up, safely, if you're not limber, thin, and strong

  6. I'm confused. Didn't you do a video telling us NOT to stretch the hip flexors unless we determine they are in fact tight? So, should we or should we not do the hip flexors stretch??

  7. I found that lying in front of an open doorway with one leg on the door jam and the other extending into the doorway on the floor really stretches my hamstrings. I can scoot further into the doorway with my down leg and my up leg goes further up the frame as my muscles loosen. This really helps isolate the hamstrings.

  8. Thank you so much, I needed this!!! I felt like I was developing a Dowager’s hump and I needed ways the strengthen the back of my neck and upper back. Don’t change a thing with your videos, I appreciate the explanations of each exercise and stretch!

  9. Hi I love your videos!
Could you please recommend some excercises to do when you have an uneven shoulder(one shoulder higher than the over)?

  10. I noticed wha you did your supine hamstring stretch you kept your opposite leg flat, without blended knee. I have read that you can put too much stress on your lower spine if you are not bending the opposite knee. I do those hamstring stretches, but with the opposite knee bent. Am I doing it incorrectly?
Thanks for all your videos….I am grateful for all your advice, and follow your videos frequently! You truly are the best PT’S on the internet,

  11. Dear Bob & Brad, thank you sooo very much for these exercises, much appreciated.. Please note volume not proper not able to hear you both clearly..regards

  14. I’ve never had neck related headaches. Until I watched this video and did some chin tucks. Ferocious headaches in the low back of my head. But it went away about a week after I stopped. Am now terrified of accidentally doing that motion.

  15. Thanks you guys. You look so cute! Great advice. I call it common sense. God bless🤗❤️🇨🇦

  16. So third video and I already feel better doing the exercises while watching!!! Where do I send the co-pay :))

  17. Could you consider posting a printable with your recommended exercises in your various videos. It would be helpful for the viewers to actually do these exercises. Thanks so much!

  18. Here is a question. Different occupations require different levels of fitness (soldier vs call center representative). My question is: Is there a point in which preservation of spine must give way to traditional exercise methods that increase muscle performance or can all levels of fitness be achieved with full spine preservation? I hope illustrated my question adequately.

  25. Hi, I am new to your channel. I hope you read this. I am recovering from a very serious ankle injury and your videos came up as I was looking on how to deal with my sprained ankle. My question is how does one recover to go back to work? You seem to deal with returning athletes. But what about a normal person? My proprioception is bad which is why I keep spraining my left ankle. I even broke it once! Can you do a video on those who have to stand all day at work? I would really appreciate it. Your videos have been so helpful with me dealing with this.

  31. I am guilty as charged. My whole career was pretty much hunched over a computer. I'm 72 now. My head is thrust way forward, and I'm hunched over. I also get a pain in my right shoulder blade. A doctor ordered an x-ray, and I was told I have arthritis in my neck and there was nothing that could be done about it. I'm going to do your exercises. It's very uncomfortable to walk or be on my feet. I sure hope these exercises will help!

  32. I have TMJ and I do most of these during my yoga routines, which is great. I started the shoulder squeeze yesterday and do feel pretty good today. I went to a chiropractor yesterday who said both my right shoulder and right hip are high. He hasn’t done anything but take xrays so far. My doctor said she has gone to a chiropractor and believes in their work but my husband thinks they are fake. What do you guys think?

  33. What a service you provide to mankind- you are a great blessing and deserve recognition! Thank you both! May God Almighty bless you and those you love!
Sharing this on facebook now, Bonnie

  34. I never believed physical therapy before. I have been to couples and never worked. I have developed Sciatica and was so much in pain. I could not put my weight on my left leg. I started go to physical therapy for Sciatica and this time WORKED! They worked on my muscle to loosen up first then thought me how to stretch for my hips. Because of my muscle was so tight, it was very hard to stretch in a begging. I went to three time a week to started with and reduced to once a week. In the end of sessions ( a month and a half later ), I was pain free. I could not believed it! It was great experienced. I am keep doing stretch that I learned ( I could not afford not to do. I don't want to get painful sciatica pain again) I love this channel because so useful. I really appreciate what you shared on this channel. I am sure a lot of people are getting benefits from this channel. THANK YOU!

  35. ETERNAL THUMBS UP FOR THE INTRODUCTORY SONG AND THEIR ALWAYS HILARIOUS INTRODUCTION AND THEIR HUMOR IN EVERY SINGLE VIDEO!!!!!

  36. Hi Bob and Brad,
Thanks for the video on youtube and I finally subscribed your channel. I'm from Indonesia by the way. I was having this headache on the back of my right eyes towards the neck. First I thought it was my cholesterol and possibly stroke. Then I thought it was my eyesight. Surprisingly after watching your video, it was my posture. I've done some of the exercises you mention on the video and the pain went away. Thank you so much. It's amazing how your youtube channel can help people far away.

  37. Thanks a million for the wonderful video. You guys are the best. Thanks for all that you do. God bless most needed video very good. Take care.

  38. There sometimes feels that there is not enough time in the day todo all these great expertises that Bob & Brad recommend! If there were, I would be SO healthy!!!

  40. I LOVE YOU GUYS!! YOU HELP ME SO MUCH TO GET THROUGH THE DAYS!! I LOVE YOUR PERSONALITIES.. THANK YOU.. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!

  41. Super. So what is the 3rd muscle you need to stretch for lower back, and did you do a video showing stretching all three? Thanks for what you do, the head to shoulder exercise almost immediately relieves a piched nerve in my neck that I thought was a torn rotator and now believe probably isn't the problem.

  42. You keep saying… ' a bunch of these …" please specify the number too….. thanks for the simple but effective exercise tips

  43. I`m 27 today. 5`8->5`10ish with like 3-4 months of continued making use of this technique “Lαsοnοz αtc” (Google it). It really works well for me. could be a coincidence, but I will keep using these till I feel like they`re not working. I did not actually grew taller after 2 yrs. .

  44. Hi Bob and Brad, Do you do the exercises in your videos fast due to film timing constraints? I'm just curious because I've always been told by other physical therapists to make sure to do the exercises more slow and with perfect stance to maintain control of the exercises. If you two do them as quickly as you do due to timing constraints of filming your videos can you please add a verbal mention of that to others watching because not a lot of people would consider this and might hurt themselves worst by mimicking your quick exercises and not realize if they are using proper stance. I know it's your goal to help people so this could help them even more. Thank you.

  45. wow thankyou both so much, you fixed the pain right away, c5c6 out to shoulder down arm,  can I get you comment on at time 9.00, shoulder  blade into pocket, I found holding of the door jam for support , doing 1 shoulder blade with opposite foot, curling them towards each other  got my back to  crack- ( lower neck), and wow peace on earth) been  20 weeks in pain THANKYOU x 1000
