  1. YOU should try to drink 4 bottles of water a day that's 62-67 ounces and 1.9 litres basically 2 litres I'm going to do this for a month and hope my acne clears up because I use to only drink 1 or 2 bottles a day and before that I never drank Walter like at all idk why can't be bothered.

  6. When I was like seven or eight I went to the hospital because I was dehydrated. It got so bad that whenever I ate food or tried to drink water I threw it up. I don’t rlly remember what they did to me but I was in the hospital for almost a whole day

  9. I drink very little water (1-2 glasses a day) but I drink a lot of other fluids (milk,,juice etc). Its not only water,all the fluids count
