  1. Thanks for this, I'm going to try & find me some Star fruit, never tried it. Thanks for sharing, & take care to. ❤🙂🐶

Can't find it, but found something called Physalis fruit, it may be called Cape gooseberry in the USA, it looks promising, I'll let you know what it tastes like when I get some. 🤗

  2. I used to love this channel for its fast, beautifully produced 1 and 2 minute cooking vids — great tempo, great editing, gorgeous overhead shots and beautiful recipes. What happened? This new series is torture: no need for a dragged out 5 minutes to get this information across. The tone is schoolmarm-ish — it comes off like a horrible nutrition video shown in 5th grade. I don't want to unsubscribe, but please take this under consideration.

  3. Warning about starfruit. If you have chronic or acute kidney disease, starfruit will harm you. Google it. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4683968/

  4. Tomatoes are a night-shade fruit. People who have autoimmune diseases should definitely stay away from them. They cause a lot of inflammation. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

  5. I wish you would look at the camera at all times. There’s no point talking to us and looking somewhere else pleas

  6. Star fruit can be dangerous for anyone with kidney problems. Most people with kidney problems don’t know it.

  7. Men who do heavy work can not be on this kind of diet. If you work in an office, sit down sometime or most of the time, have a fairly easy going job, have several breaks a day, then perhaps, but if you're working in the middle of the sea, fishing trawlers, oil rigs, construction, metal factories, carrying heavy loads all day, you won't last one day!

  8. Stay away from Apples? What is this ?On another place on YouTube i heard that you can eat how much you want of Apples without gaining weight.Snd IT was a doctor who Said that.I am om a healthy weight ,but people WHO maybe search for be educated og what They should eat om a weightloss Journey must be very confused.

  9. Hi there
Are unripe papaya and mangoes allowed?
The green papaya is a staple in Seychelles and we make stir fries with this.
    I cannot find info anywhere:(

  10. Studies show that eating starfruit can have a harmful (toxic) effect for people who have kidney disease. … This toxic substance is called a neurotoxin. People with healthy, normal kidneys can process and pass this toxin out from their body. However, for those with kidney disease, this is not possible.

  11. Just started following your channel, thankyou soo much for starting this channel and sharing the knowledge about keto, I am doing Keto since 9 months and enjoying the benefits of it. I have seen other videos as well on this channel and they are crisp and to the point, it's a great feeling when you know you are not alone in world to follow this lifestyle and there's a community who supports and help you as well. Thank you once again, you are making a huge impact.. Would love to see more videos on this channel. ❤😇🙏

  12. i dont consider olives, avocados, or tomatoes to be fruit. they may be from a scientific point of view, but from a nutritional point of view, avocados are far more like nuts, while tomatoes are far more like vegetables. far more importantly, though, was one of the very last things that the lady in the video said here, namely that nutritionally, one does not really need fruits, that vegetables already have all the nutrients that fruits have, but with the added advantage that vegetables are not considered to be a form of sugar the way fruits are. still, there remains a part of me that thinks, "how can fruit possibly not be healthy to eat?" it seems to defy common sense

  13. I eat foods that raise my metabolism, so I can eat anything . Also, I keep the fiber low not essential and not digestible. I watch my calories.

  14. I tried to find out why we feel tired after a lunch….after this VDO…it maybe about banana, my fav fruit!!! Oh, dear 😣
