Everything You Need To Know About Weight Watchers Freestyle Program!

hey guys welcome it to freedom in a
budget and I’m so excited that you here we are talking about the new Weight
Watchers freestyle program I am absolutely loving I’ve been doing
it for about a week week and a half now and it’s incredible it’s such a great
program I feel like it’s a really good mix between smart points and simply
filling so simply feeling was more of just eating more whole grain and just
whole food type of foods and you know as you guys know smart points is the point
system that came out after points plus so way that freestyle your points do go
down a bit I used to have 30 daily points and now I only have 23 so it can
be a little bit challenge now as I’m sure you guys have heard you have over
200 that’s right 200 zero point foods that they just rolled out which is
incredible but would that being said it you have to be careful that you’re using
those zero point fits ties you know you’re all excited about it this is a
great new program and I realize that doing it this week it’s it’s really hard
to stay within your point I’ve gone over my point to every single day now now you
do still have the blue dots you can go ten below or four over it has a 14 point
range so with my 23 I can go as low as 13 or as high as 27 it’s still gonna
blued up but it can be challenging if you’re not using the leader point foods
there was one day where I ate normal the only 0.2 that I had was eggs but
everything else was just my normal foods and so with that I ended up having I
think it was 29 points or something so it wasn’t bad but you have to be careful
because if you’re not having those you’re born it’s it’s really hard to
stay within your point range at least in the beginning before you’re you know
learning how to introduce these zero point fruits into your diet so just to
give you a couple of the new foods that are a zero point which is incredible
number one chicken breast oh my gosh this is huge so chicken breast is is now
zero points and so is eggs are no longer two points so eggs egg whites they’re
all zero points Pease I never answered white keys have
points okay I know they’re stretchy but they are a good green solid vegetable
and I personally I love peace I love peace of mashed potatoes if you guys saw
my turkey ala King I love Turkey Allah king with peas and they’re just one of
my favorite veggies so I was really upset that they had points before so
they need to have zero points corn corn had zero points whether it’s on the cob
off the cob sweet corn whatever it is as long as I’m the ended sugar or anything
like that we’re the corn cats rolls but the corn itself is zero points which is
awesome lentils and beans are all zero points now tofu is zero points I’ve
never had tofu – to be honest I don’t know if those points they’re not points
before but no point anymore so that’s awesome
let’s see beans lentils peas turkey breast which is awesome so in also
ground turkey breast I use a lot of ground turkey I know why but I feel like
ground turkey is healthier than ground beef even though I am a red meat type of
girl I love me some red meat so as long as the turkey breast is 98% fat-free
then you’re good to go in at zero points tofu plain non-fat yogurt whether it be
Greek yogurt soy yogurt whatever it is as long it’s a fat-free non-fat it is
zero points which is awesome I love yogurt especially with fruit mixed in
mmm that’s a mango in there some
strawberries some blueberries good to go I’m fish and shellfish which I don’t I
don’t eat seafood that I’m from the Northeast New England now I live in
South Florida on the beach still hate seafood I don’t know why Jamie married
me so includes fresh frozen canned smoked without any fat or sugar is all
zero points which is awesome so guys that is the basis of freestyle that you
can roll over your points you have all of these new zero point feeds and you
also have your weekly zoom you can use your weeklies
they roll over points you can roll over up to four points per day so if you are
doing a lot of zero point fits okay do you guys have a watch Giuli live in
large on lifetime she’s the queen of zero
foods even before freestyle she was the queen I would watch her what I eat in
day videos and I’m like you just showed us like 15 things that they are having
for breakfast and lunch and whatever this morning and there were all zero
points you’re at like 6 o’clock at night and you’ve had one point all day I don’t
know how she does it she’s the queen and zero point two so if you get to be like
Julie and have points excuse me leftover you can roll over for a day for 20 total
of 24 points on the day that you weigh in and your points reset this the
seventh day that doesn’t count so only six days you can roll over points and
then also here we please or fit points which I personally like the fit points
because it makes me move more because it’s like alright when I get those
points so I can I’ll move more if I can get the points which is awesome and
that’s if you are not on Weight Watchers I really really recommend it number one

  1. Kelly, first of all, you look fantastic. I am confused at how eggs and chicken breasts could be zero points., I might gain weight on the program because I could eat a lot of these items. I can eat 4 or 5 eggs and two large chicken breasts. ( I know it is no breaded) Thank you for all your very informative videos. Your channel is one of my very favorites.

  2. Aw, thank you for the shout out! I absolutely LOVE that you can literally survive and THRIVE on all zero points foods in a day if you want! Of course, that would get old super fast if ALL you at was zero points foods, but it's almost like it's impossible to fail now! Literally ANYONE can houdini up an amazing zero points meal now! I love it!

I really like the sound of this new Freestyle program – tracking is hard for me (or has been in the past) because I cook for my husband and myself, and I don't want to totally change our food when he isn't doing WW with me. I like the fact that this seems like a blend of Weight Watchers, Simply Filling, and intuitive eating with the focus on eating until you are satisfied – something I definitely could use! Going to check on the ebates thing – do you know if that will continue after the new year? We're doing a ton of traveling and I think that after that would be a better time to start the program since I won't have a ton of control over my food for about 3 weeks!   5. If you can have all those free foods, how do you know how many calories you're eating? where is the list of these 200 foods please?
