  8. I'm not vegetarian but I find myself eating less meat nowadays. I don't want to go 100% vege. So I would want to limit myself when eating meat. If I eat two chicken wings every 3 days(say 6 chicken wings / week). Is it enough to be healthy level?

  10. Organic fruits and vegetables are not available everywhere, and mostly are genetically modified so might actually do more harm than good. Also, how about the chemical are injected to the fruits?!

  11. What a disappointment! I've been following you weekly about a year. And some people comment that you do everything to prove that only vegetarianism is healthy. Very well, I am a trained person and I am currently researching Ayurveda. I know the studies you has presented and so many others similar with the inverse results. Doctor, we know very well that veganism is not the food for all the people on this planet earth. For multiple contexts! I was sad with this exhibition!

  13. People feel better when they think they are eating well, i.e., the diet you proclaim. I am not a paleo guy or vegan, but you forgot that placebo effect.
