hi all !! this is a healthy chaat or snack….chickpea snack or chickpea chaat this is full of health and nutrition…people seeking for weight loss can also add this to their snack… we just need 1 cup of white chickpea or safed chhole or kabuli chana soak it in water for overnight or 10-12 hours…… and it will turn like this ……. transfer soaked white chickpea or white chana to a pressure cooker… add 2 glasses of water or 500 ml water… add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of refined oil…. close the lid of pressure cooker… keep it on high flame and wait for 7 whistles…and turn off the flame …and wait for 20 minutes before opening the lid of pressure cooker…… so now our boiled white chickpeas are ready to be used in any snack or dish…. drain the water of chickpeas……we don’t need this water for our snack… take a bowl and add the chickpeas into it… add 1 cup chopped cucumbers… add 1 cup chopped tomatoes… add chopped green chillies according to you…. add 1 teaspoon salt.. add half teaspoon black pepper powder… add 1 teaspoon chaat masala… add 1 cup of any namkeen available…i added navrattan namkeen…. add juice of 1 lemon… add 1 teaspoon black salt or kala namak… mix well and its ready to serve… its a must try and very easy snack… please click the like button…. share my videos…. comment if u liked it or not…. and if u really liked it…..don’t forget to subscribe my channel……. bye……
