Raw food helps lot of salads fish and absolutley no sugar , wheat, gluten or meat…..very simple.

  4. U can beat ur physical PMS symptoms with regular cardio training like eliptical trainer. Since I'm exercising at least 3 times a week, I've never had pain in my uterus before or while being on period. Unfortunatelly exercising doesn't help me w my very sad and agressiv mood during PMS. Emotional PMS symptoms are very tough for me to take.

  8. I just do exercise when I feel PMS even when I really don't have the motivation or I'm just being lazy. Also I eat like a whole bar of chocolate. But trust me there are times when it gets the better of me :} but I think the best things to do is get some sleep and eat some chocolate and exercise for at least 15 minutes.
