Mixed Sprouts Adai | Healthy Protein rich Adai | Suitable for weight loss


Hi Friends today we are going to see a healthy sprouts adai I have already put a video on doing mixed sprouts (link in description) In that video I have highlighted the health benefits of sprouts In today’s adai there is a huge amount of protein and fiber contents even if you eat 2 adai’s you will not feel hungry for a long time. Indirectly this adai helps in weight loss Now lets begin the video Ingredients for sprouts adai are I have put 4 chili’s as they are spicy variety if you want you can increase the quantity if you dont have black urad dal, replace with white urad dal if you dont have black urad dal, replace with white urad dal Along with this I am adding curry leaves since they are high in iron it is good for hair fall issues not only that those who are anaemic, can include this in the diet for health benefits not only that those who are anaemic, can include this in the diet for health benefits you can replace idly rice with brown rice Now we will wash it for 2 to 3 times In this we will add 2.5 cups of mixed sprouts After that mix them once Now we will soak them in water minimum of 4 hours Now we will soak them in water minimum of 4 hours 4 hours over… If you observe on top there is a layer of foam formed the reason for this foam is due to the addition of sprouts Can add sprouts without soaking? Dip you hand in water, start making adai like this until you can withstand the heat spread the adai batter Once you feel hot, dip your hand in water and repeat Once your you have finished spreading the adai Take the spoon and make 3 holes Take the spoon and make 3 holes After that add around 3/4tsp of coconut oil in the corners and inside these 3 holes if you want you add more oil After that you close with a lid this will take around 4mins to cook I have given the gas heat range of top left corner of the video you can follow that After 4 minutes, flip it this will take 2 to 3 minutes After turning lid is not needed Based on the thickness of adai, timings would change a bit mostly 1 or 2 mins difference So after adai is finished Serve like this You can have this along with avail or jaggery even butter Thats it our simple mixed sprouts adai is ready Thats it our simple mixed sprouts adai is ready Do leave your comments when you try them out, will see you in another video soon.
