hallo friends,welcome to secret of samayal, today we are going to make a simple and healthy chat this is boiled peanut chaat we can opt for this healthy snack instead of junk foods very healthy and tasty too we would have enjoyed eating this chaat in hill stations it will be so heavenly befire getting into thye recipe,if you are new to my channel don’t forget to subscribe my channel,and click the bell icon too,to get my future notifications lets move to the recipe now soak dried peanuts in water for about 4 hours wash well in water add the soaked peanuts in a pressure cooker add required water to cook the peanuts add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder add some salt,we will add salt later also pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles after 4 whistles cooked well and peanuts are soft drain the water water is drained add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 2 pinch of cumin powder we have added little salt while boiling,that won’t be enough add salt to taste if you like ,you can add black salt or chaat masala powder too i’m not adding today,just going to add lime juice veggies needed fine chopped onions,deseeded and chopped tomatoes fine chopped coriander leaves grated carrots add all the veggies as needed add lemon juice of 1/2 lemon mix well very simple evening snack healthy too can take instead of deep fried snacks boiled peanuts are rich in protien mixed well,now our chaat is ready serve in a bowl kids will love it best snack to have in the evening sprinkle some onions and grated carrots sprinkle some sev over it (optional) superb boiled peanut chaat is ready to eat try this and give me feedback if you like this video,please subscribe my channel
