Well, apparently, I’ve been told
we’re testing out junk food? I’m a bit nervous, I’m expecting some big monster plate of something… … that’ll make me really fat all of a sudden Oh, no… Okay? Don’t judge me, okay So much chocolate (laughs) It’s good, the chocolate is good My mouth is really enjoying it… …but my brain is kinda thinking about all the burpees I need to do to overcome this, I think Can I finish it? Put it… get it away from me I’ve done it. I can’t do it any more.
That is so good Doritos are my weak point, I have to say This I can do It even looks good, like d’you know? Mmhmm, I could eat the whole packet and probably most of that jar Oh my God (laughs)!!! I think, a couple of years. 140 calories…for, like, a few sups of Coke You don’t want to drink…drink them to often
otherwise, yeah, you’ll be in the gym a lot. Carbs and sugar. Calories, carbs and sugar, that’s it. Definitely not worth it, if that’s what you’re about to ask. I feel really full now, kind of bloated. Yeah, I definitely need to add in a little bit of
metabolic conditioning… …to my program for the next few days to make up for it.
It’s not worth it! That’s why people don’t go out,
like, they need to put the work in to… …to then be able to afford to eat that kind of stuff
…now and again I wanna leave with a couple of words of wisdon …so, what are my final thoughts? …Erm… …Coca Cola…don’t bother!

  1. Live in a constant state of anxiety, so I can eat what ever I want I guess…. except you ever manage to eat when your super anxious….. so I have to drink high cal. Crap

  3. at the en of the day is not that rare that people that constantly train eat junk food, the cheatmeal is one of the best motivations to keep working out xD

  4. I saw somebody in the comments say this seems like an eating disorder and honestly it does. I mean yeah coke, a whopper, or a donut isn’t healthy but they act like eating half or all of it is gonna turn them obese. All they think about is calories, calories, and calories.

  5. I was disgusted half way through as an Athlete I seriously hate junk food.
    People are so addicted to sugar and unhealthy fats. Just yuck.

  6. I feel so terrible they can't eat without thinking about carbs. I just feel terrible. I know it's there life choice but like… they're just focusing on carbs thats it

  9. Sadly this video reminds me of why I throw caution to the wind with my food. I would never enjoy a meal if I had to obsess with how much work I have to do every time I put a morsel of food in my mouth.

  11. Oh brother 🙄 they could have eaten all of everything and it wouldnt have made a difference in their bodies. I swear all the Irish/Scottish people on these taste tests are snoby. The girl took the most measly bites and she needs metabolic conditiong for the next two days!? 🙄🙄🙄
