Hello, everyone! I’m Jamila, welcome to my kitchen! We’re going to make today No bake yogurt and fruit terrine, so let’s see the needed ingredients to start. For this recipe we need: 300 g 10% fat yogurt, 100 g vanilla sugar, 300 g forest fruits, 100 g lady fingers, 100 ml milk, 200 g Mascarpone cheese, 15 g gelatin, 1 tbsp Forest fruits extract. First of all, put the gelatin into a large bowl, and pour 50 ml cold water. Mix it. Let it to bloom. Over the bloomed gelatin, add the hot milk, and stir it to dissolve the gelatin. If there are lumps of gelatin, put it on heat and stir it until fully dissolved. Leave it aside and make the syrup. To make the syrup, to 200 ml of water add about 30 g of vanilla sugar, 2 tbsp or to taste. Stir it to dissolve the sugar. add 1 tbsp of Forest fruits extract. Leave it aside and make the cream. To make the cream, put the yogurt, which is at room temperature, into a large bowl, add 70 g of vanilla sugar, mix it well, add the mixture of milk and gelatin, and mix it well with a whisk. Add now the cold Mascarpone cheese, few drops of Forest fruits extract, and mix it well. In the end, add the fresh fruits, I’m using a mix of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Mix it carefully to not break the fruits. The cream is done. Put the yogurt and fruits cream into a silicone
terrine mold, level it well, In the end add the lady fingers dipped in the syrup, add them on top of the cream. You may use a regular baking tin, 26 cm in length, but you have to line it up well with cling film. Put the terrine in the refrigerator for at least 4 h
or best overnight. The terrine has been overnight in the refrigerator, so I can remove the mold. It is easy to remove as it is from silicone. It looks very nice, has kept well its shape, and what is left now is to turn it upside down onto a platter. The yogurt and fruits terrine is done, it looks amazing, and it is also very tasty.
