Snake Diet 48 Hour Fast | Snake Diet + OMAD Weight Loss Journey 2020

it’s Mieka Fasting weight loss and I’m
excited for today’s video because I’m surprising someone um yeah this is gonna
be like a Valentine’s Day February special snake diet fasting edition and
I’m gonna tell you what I’m surprising him with his name is talking Tommy takes
action and he does have a channel here on YouTube okay but first let me tell
you I did Sunday and Monday on my fasting weight loss journey
Sunday I was so full from my food that I ate before it that I did not eat okay I
fasted I was totally full um I wasn’t even thinking about food because the day
before and I had ate so much food which I showed you in my cheat day video prior
to this one let’s see Nicki speaks invited me to the
gym so I worked all day left and went straight to the gym and we did 30
minutes weight training because that’s what I need to be doing we did 30
I think we did 40 minutes on the treadmill she did HIIT which is
high-intensity interval training she did jogging she did high incline she just
played around with the treadmill I did steady high incline because I don’t want
to slim the bottom of my body it’s already tiny okay I’m gonna build muscle
so then we did the hydro massage then we did the point chair massager
okay so then Monday which is yesterday I did been eating bad again and I will not
show that again what I do I won’t show that again I just had to do it for the
purpose so people could really see my real issue okay however I did go to the
gym I did thirty minutes of walking I did 30 minutes of the elliptical on
a high-resistance because I went to UM build like I just said and then I did
another thirty to forty minutes of walking because my kids were not ready
to go my intentions were to do at least 30
minutes of weight training but I was feeling lazy okay but I still got in at
least an hour I have exercise
so my exercise for the OMAD Caroline challenge might be over but I will still
be going to the gym okay eight bad yesterday did good exercise now what’s
happening next so I’m gonna tell you I don’t know how to say it so I just want
to say that but talking to me and I last week we’re gonna do a 7 day fast
together we caught up with each other on how our weight is how we’re doing and we
were both the exact same weight 223 pounds both of us he’s five-ten I’m 5 8
and 3/4 I was like that is so dang weird I used to be less than him weigh less
than him then he used the weigh less than me we flip-flop then we were the
exact same weight and we were both disgusted with ourselves that were
gaining weight when I don’t Wonderland yet so I said let’s do a 7 day fast he
said okay so and when we say like I expected us to do it like I really did
so we did that day okay that was the day before we started we discussed that
we’re starting the next day 7 day fast then the next day in the evening we’re
catching up to see how we’re gonna how we did they won and one of us I’m not
doing either one of us under the bus one of us had a bad situation happened that
day and ate and broke the 7 day fast so the other one was so upset and said
forget it I’m not doing it and because we had a commitment to each other to do
the 7 day fast cuz we need to refocus our minds to go towards our goals okay
so fast forward probably a week you guys know I had my bad day um he’s not been
doing great and I have not been doing great so this is his surprise I am
making our routine for the rest of February and he’s going to do it and I’m
going to do it and Tommy um you’re gonna do I’m doing today’s video you’re gonna
do tomorrow’s video and every day we’re gonna share what exercise we did and
we’re gonna share our weight but both of us are really embarrassed we’re probably
230 we don’t know but we’re not sharing our
wait until after our first fasting cycle okay so Tommy yes you’re surprised this
is what we’re doing he thinks we’re doing a 7 day fast overnight um
because we want to be steady and consistent we don’t want to yoyo
so this is what we’re doing for the rest of February we’re doing 48 hour snake
juice diet fast okay so we’re gonna fast 48 hours we started last night I stopped
eating at 10:00 and he probably stopped eating at 9:00 or 10:00 so we’re gonna
do the fasting app on life fasting app my group is called goal crushers we’re
gonna have two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar a day when our 48 hours is
over we’re gonna have a low carb refeed it’s gonna be under 100 100 or lower
calories okay um but on that plate in that Omad meal has to be high protein
and 2 cups of vegetables whatever else you want to put is fine I don’t care as
long as it’s under 100 carbs and it has the protein because he’s trying to get
my muscles I’m trying to get my muscles and 2 cups of vegetables we need to
refill with nutrients okay then he and I are both in OMAD Caroline’s fitness
challenge we are gonna do within the so we have two days of fasting and then a
refeed omad day so it’s a 72 hour cycle that we’re going to keep repeating for
the rest of February so within those three days you have to do one hour of
cardio minimum and a hardcore weightlifting session
he has Planet Fitness membership and you guys know I have YMCA and Planet Fitness
membership so that’s what we’re gonna do um oh and we’re gonna do daily
accountability so I’m gonna do today’s video he’s gonna do tomorrow’s video and
we’re gonna switch back and forth so please go subscribe to him talking tommy
takes action and we’re going to make sure we get our snake juice in if you
saw Cole’s last video it was all about make sure you’re getting your
electrolytes and it’s so important I’m gonna play in the comments below so
you can find his channel he did a video on making his snake juice I’m gonna find
that video and put it in the description so that is the surprise we are doing a
fast together if anyone was to join us feel free and that’s it for today our
weight will come in a day or two on one of our channels I don’t know and
I’m excited and we’re gonna stick to this because yeah we are not going to
break our commitment to each other um please let me know what fasting routine
