hello namaste salaamwalekum satsriyakaal; welcome back to another session with your VahChef at Vahrehvah.com. Today we’re going to learn how to make sweet corn masala chaat you know nowadays sweet corns are all available and make sure you get the tender sweet corn and remove off from the cob with a knife so that some of the juice is oozing out so look at this sweet corn here in this
we’re going to add a couple of ingredients one is chopped onion you can add lot of it, chop cucumber some bell pepper just chop them into pieces and how can you not add tomatoes it not only gives you a good color but
adds fantastic taste mix all of these now in this you know if you add a little bit of freshly grated coconut that’s really good and it’s optional if
you want to add you can add but today i’m going to add some of this grated coconut look at this it’s already looking
colorful and mix of nice flavors the tomatoes, onion, cucumber, the corn and coconut, look at this awesome flavors now we’re going to spice it up make it
masaladar by adding some chilli powder chopped green chilli add chaat masala okay that’s good and because we added chaat masala be a little bit careful about adding salt and a pinch of sugar
okay this sugar even though the sweetness
comes from the corn as well as coconut but add pinch of sugar and add lot of
chopped coriander finally some lime juice now this is what I call nice masala sweet chaat just mix all of this wow good wow, this is fantastic look at
this in this just before serving just add some sev, fine sev and boondi if you have wow now mix this and serve it right away and this
will be fantastic sweet corn masala chaat and it’ll taste
fantastic hm wow I’m telling you multiple flavors and multiple texture
the nice crispy sev, boondi hmm before I take a picture first let me go and give a quik plate of some of these
awesome chaat to my wife; my wife is working hard editing all these videos

  3. we had guests and were getting ready to make a chaat from a ready box but had to throw it as out of date, so remembered this recipe. Turned out great, added crumbled microwaved potatoes and tomato ketchup as didnt have tomatoes, turned out nice even though we used canned corn kernels. Much better than buying a box of factory prepared chaat and needs only 5 mins preparation time. Great video as usual. Thanks.

  6. i know you don't have time to answer even though i'm asking you the same question that someone did, do i need to boil the corn and instead of fresh corn from cob can i use the frozen one which comes in the packet? please reply. thank you for the excellent recipe. ๐Ÿ™‚
