  4. I have a 1 question idea of VEGAN is great but what happens after stop eating meat, will you get less vitamins ? or loss of weight ? I am Crohn disease as well ?

  5. I'm nordic. There is meat and fish in my diet. I'm strong because I eat meat and train to be strong. As much as I like veggies, they will NEVER take the place of real power food

  6. I remember being a vegetarian for 3 months I lost muscle and hair, skin looked weird , and couldn't get much of an erection. No thanks. I still eat plenty of vegetables with some thick juicy meat or chicken
