Great! Here we are. We are going to do the breathing. This is the first video of the Mini-Class. The breathing. Breathing, how to change the chemistry? You know stress? Oxidative stress? It comes through shallow breathing and a lot of stress coming in So much pressure on our lives… And that deregulates our chemistry. Now, I found a very effective way How to deal with this deregulatory stress coming in Chemistry inside of our physiology. Body and mind are suffering, normally, with this wrong chemistry. And with this one With these exercises I’m going to show You are able to regulate Your chemistry in depth. We have shown this in the university studies. And right now, here it is! Here it’s going to come. Don’t do this in a swimming pool! Don’t do this in a car! Do it like me. I’m gonna do this lying here. Do it in your bed, on the sofa Wherever, because this is very strong. Very, very strong! And it is able to knock you out of consciousness. Just for a couple of seconds. But imagine what happens if you are in a car or in a swimming pool doing this. Don’t do this. We are learning how to go deeply within our physiology The way nature meant it to be And that is going past our normal conditioning. Okay, you can all read it up! Go into it. Make you notes – your retention times See what happens with your body and with your mind. The thing is… This is a very effective way to become alkaline. We have shown this in the studies. So, become the master over your chemistry. Do these three rounds in the morning. And during the day, your blood is right on. This exercise goes as follows I’m sitting here, but I’m gonna lie Because then I’m most relaxed. So, I suggest you do this in your bed or on the sofa. If you feel really relaxed sitting, that’s okay. So, what I do is … I’m relaxed. I’m gonna lie down. I got a belly. I got a chest. I got my head. And with these three parts Actually, the whole body. Not only the lungs are breathing. We are able to manipulate by *inhales* Belly breathing is the deeper part of the of the lungs The chest is the upper part of the lungs. That is deep breathing, and even within the head.
*inhales* We are able to… Receive more oxygen in the head, in the brain. It’s logical because it’s part of your body and oxygen gets in there. We all found this out. So, belly, chest, head That’s the way it goes. Like this!
*inhales* Let it go!
*exhales* Fully in! Letting go! Not fully out, but fully in! Once again! Fully out means…
*exhales forcefully* There’s still more coming out. Don’t do that! Just let it go! So, fully in… And let it go. Once you get this rhythm, you do this 30 times. Your head becomes lightheaded. You become loose in the body. It feels like *woah* Tingling in the hands and feet. It’s all possible, and it’s all ok. Breathe toward it! Intensify those symptoms. Lightheadedness, loose in the body, and tingling Make it stronger, because that’s your charge. And then, you go 30 times – 40 times. It’s okay! Fully in, let it go! Don’t think in time! Don’t think in numbers! Think in intensity. Think in feeling. Feel! Follow the flow of your breath. Then at 30, you take it fully in. Let go! You could time it. After the exhalation, let go. You stop breathing. Press the time device, stopwatch, and go! And feel! Round number one – you will be able to stay for one minute, one and a half minute without air in the lungs. This is round number one. When you feel the urge to breathe after the exhalation And then staying in, stopping breathing Timing. You take the urge to breathe, okay? You take a breath, hold it. Squeeze a little. For 10 seconds – 15 seconds to your head. Breath hold. And stop the timer. And then, you let go. That is round number 1. Then we go again. Round number 2. Fully in! Let it go! Fully in, let it go! 30 times – 40 times Whenever you feel lightheaded, loose in the body, tingling. Okay, those are the symptoms Intensify those symptoms by breathing toward it. Go with the flow! Feel! When you feel charged You feel very lightheaded, loose in the body, tingling is strong. That’s a charge! You take it in… You let it go… You stop! Then time again, and let it go. When you feel the urge to breathe again Fully in, and hold 10 to 15 seconds. And then round number 2 is done. Then we go into a round number 3. Same thing, only every time the retentions are longer. Because you bring in more oxygen. Because you relax. Deeper. Every time more and deeper. Thus, more oxygen is able to get in And the retentions, that is the stopping of breathing after exhalation Will be longer, and longer, and longer. And it is longer because it goes deeper into the lymphatic system Then your chemistry becomes alkaline. More oxygen gets in. Acidity goes out. Alkalinity comes in. Amazing how simple and effective. After round three, if you like to do You do another round, like round number four Because you love it, because you like it, because you feel it. You will understand ‘high on your own supply’ when you do this. Round number three, round number four, high on your own supply! It’s gonna be great! How to do the breathing best, is a question asked a lot of time I say on an empty stomach. In the morning, before you go have breakfast. That’s a great time to do it. Or whenever you stomach is empty and you feel ‘Hey, I got some spare time’ ‘I don’t feel really good. I want to have some peace.’ Then go into your breathing on an empty stomach On empty stomach, empty stomach! It’s the best! Then you are able in three rounds to change your chemistry full on!     I can hold my Breath with Air in Lungs for 2min , and without Air in my Lungs for 50sec.
    After that Meditation I was maximum relaxed.

  15. I did this wjile taking a cold shower and then spent about two minutes breathing and exhaling for 10 seconds each an then I held my breath and I TRIPLED my record which was 52 second to 2 minutes and 50 seconds

  19. This is truly insane. I did the breathing technique three times, and by the end of it I was laughing uncontrollably, for no apparent reason, feeling extreme joy. As soon as I sat up I felt some form of high. I will stick to this for a month to battle inflammation + cognitive decline. You're a beast Wim.

  20. I am of the humble opinion that WALKING IS THE BEST EXERCISE.
    If you walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening daily, these kinds of funny breathing exercises are unwarranted.
    See the PEOPLE at large who are hardworking and healthy and learn from them how to live the life.
    These kinds of breathing techniques or exercises are only for LAZY people who are LIVING on THE sweat of others .
    There is no SUBSTITUTE FOR HARD WORK.

    La respiration.

    Comment changer la chimie de son corps par la respiration ?

    Connaissez-vous le stress ? Le stress oxydant ?

    Il est le résultat d’une respiration superficielle et de stress provoqué par beaucoup trop de pression de la vie… Ce stress désorganise la chimie de notre corps. J’ai trouvé un moyen efficace pour faire face au stress dérégulateur provenant de la chimie de notre physiologie. Le corps et l’esprit souffrent évidement de cette mauvaise chimie.

    Je vais, à partir de ces exercices, vous montrer que vous êtes capables de réguler profondément votre chimie. Nous avons prouvé ceci à partir d'études universitaires. Passons à présent à ces exercices.

    Ne pratiquez pas ceci dans une piscine! Ne le faites pas dans la voiture! Faites comme moi. Je vais le faire allongé ici. Faites-le sur votre lit ou dans votre canapé parce que c’est un exercice très intense. Très très intense! Vous pouvez perdre conscience juste en quelques secondes. Alors imaginez ce qui peut arriver si vous pratiquez l’exercice dans une voiture ou une piscine. Ne le faites pas.

    Nous allons apprendre comment plonger profondément dans notre physiologie de manière naturelle. Pour ce faire, nous allons pousser les limites de notre disposition naturelle. Prenez des notes de votre pratique- Observez vos temps de rétention. Observez ce qui se passe avec votre corps et votre esprit.

    En fait… c’est un moyen très efficace pour devenir alcalin. Nous avons démontré ceci à travers des études. Alors, devenez maître de la chimie de votre corps. Faites ces trois cycles le matin. Et pendant la journée, votre corps sera au point.

    Voici comment pratiquer cet exercice :

    Je suis assis mais je préfère m’allonger car ce faisant, je suis plus détendu. Je vous recommande donc de faire ceci sur votre lit ou canapé. Mais si vous êtes plus détendu en position assise, c'est ok.

    Ce que je fais…

    C’est de me détendre. Je vais m’allonger.

    Mon ventre.

    Ma poitrine.

    Ma tête.

    Toutes ces trois parties et même tout le corp respire . Ce ne sont pas les poumons seuls qui respirent. Nous sommes donc en mesure de travailler à travers tout le corps , grâce à la seule respiration. La respiration par le ventre est la partie profonde des poumons. La poitrine est la partie supérieure des poumons.Voila ce qu’est la respiration profonde : ventre (le ventre se soulève), les poumons (la poitrine se soulève) , la tête (sensation d'air arrivant dans les oreilles et la tête) .

    Nous pouvons ainsi recevoir plus d'oxygène dans la tête, dans le cerveau. C’est tout à fait logique parce que ce sont des parties de notre corps où l'oxygène circule.

    Ainsi, dans une seule inspiration le ventre se soulève , puis la poitrine, puis la tête reçoit aussi de l'air.

    Inspirez !

    Laissez aller ! (expirez) Inspirez profondément! Laissez aller ! (expirez)

    Ne videz pas entièrement vos poumons mais remplissez-vous au maximum

    Encore une fois!

    Si vous expirez avec force, l'air s'échappe de vos poumons . Ne faites pas ça! Juste laissez l'air partir . Alors, inspirez profondément… , Et laissez partir l’air. Une fois le rythme maîtrisé, faites ceci 30 fois. Vous aurez des vertiges. Vous vous sentirez faible dans votre corps . Vous vous sentirez un peu chaviré. Vous ressentirez des picotements au niveau des mains et des pieds. C’est possible et tout à fait normal.

    Respirez! , Intensifiez ces symptômes comme les étourdissements, faiblesses et picotements. Rendez-les plus intenses car c'est cela qui correspond à votre tension.

    Faites cela encore 30 – 40 fois. Inspirez profondément., libérez ! Oubliez le temps ! Oubliez les chiffres ! Pensez à l'intensité. Pensez aux sensations. Ressentez ! Suivez le flux de votre respiration.

    Au 30 ème tour, inspirez profondément, Libérez! Vous pouvez utiliser un chronomètre. Après l’expiration, cessez de prendre de l'air , lancer le chronomètre et Ressentez !

    Vous pourrez rester pendant une minute ou une minute et demi sans l’air dans les poumons.

    Si vous avez une envie pressante de respirer après l’expiration, et que vous vous accrochez à votre arrêt de respirer, arrêter alors le chronomètre et profitez maintenant de cette envie de respirer. C'est ok

    Inspirez. Puis , posez la main sur le crane et en pressant légèrement et retenez votre air pendant 10 à 15 secondes. Arrêtez le chronomètre, puis laissez partir l'air.

    C'est la fin du premier cycle.

    Et nous recommençons : deuxième cycle

    Inspirez profondément! Laisser partir ! (expirez) Inspirez profondément., libérez ! (expirez) 30 fois – 40 fois . A chaque fois que vous ressentez vertiges, faiblesse, picotements, ce sont des symptômes.

    Intensifiez ces symptômes en respirant dans ce sens. Suivez ce mouvement ! Ressentez le !

    Lorsque vous êtes tendu, les sensations de vertiges, faiblesse du corp et picotements deviennent plus forts. Ce sont vos tensions

    Vous inspirez… , Vous libérez … (expirez) 30 à 40 fois Vous inspirez une dernière fois plus profondément puis arrêtez , Vous lancer le chronomètre et libérez de l'air.

    Si vous ressentez le désir pressant de respirer encore, refaite comme pour le premier cycle

    Vous venez de terminer le deuxième cycle

    Passons au troisième

    C’est le même processus à la différence qu’à chaque fois les temps de rétention sont plus long. L'inspiration prend plus d'oxygène car la respiration est détendue, plus profonde, à chaque fois plus profonde

    Ainsi, en augmentant vos capacités, vous absorbez plus d'O² . Et la rétention, qui est l'arrêt de la respiration après l’expiration sera plus longue et de plus en plus longue et plus longue. Elle est plus longue parce que cela pénètre profondément dans le système lymphatique. En conséquence, la chimie de votre corps devient alcaline. Plus l'O² pénètre dans le corps, plus l'acidité ressort , plus le corps devient alcalin.

    C'est incroyable comment c’est simple et efficace.

    Après , si vous en voulez encore, faites un autre cycle . C’est le quatrième cycle, parce que vous l’aimez, parce que vous le voulez, parce que vous le ressentez ainsi.

    Vous vous sentirez en pleine forme après cet exercice. Après le troisième tour, quatrième cycle , voila la pleine forme. Ça va être super!

    Une question qu’on me pose souvent est de savoir comment faire au mieux cet exercice de respiration ?

    Il faut le faire à jeun. Le matin avant le petit déjeuner. Voila le moment idéal pour le faire. Et aussi , à chaque fois que votre ventre est vide et que vous avez un peu de temps libre. « Je ne me sens pas très bien. J’ai besoin de paix. » Alors, pratiquez la respiration à jeun. Le ventre vide, le ventre vide! C’est le meilleur!

    Vous serez donc en mesure de changer la chimie de votre corps en trois cycles!

  25. ты в корне не правильно делаешь. выдох свободный, вдох полный – это позволяет накопить углекислоту и идет насыщение кислородом тканей.это типа экспресс метод по бутейко, только за основу не углекислота, а конечный результат – кислород, хотя для его поступления в ткани нужна улекислота, но хоф это обходит акцент на кислороде,а у бутейко на углекислом газе. поэтому ты в корне не правильно делаешь, вымываешь кислоту у тебя чтио то типа холотропа получается.исправься друг

The best benefit I have received from this as the ability to quit smoking cold turkey and one day with no symptoms. I started this technique for days ago and still have not had an urge or desire to smoke. I do this technique three times a day sometimes four

    After 4 day of the "curse" video of "power management" with nearly 60 cycles of 4 round I defenitely killed my breathing !!!!
    Now I breathe like a asthmatic !!

    BEWARE you'll become a super human like I was but you'll waste ALL your hormonal capital !!! And this HYPERVENTILATION type of breathing will bring you slowly day by day to my state of nearly asthmatic person.

    THIS IS DANGEROUS !!!!

    DAY BY DAY YOU FORCE YOUR BODY TO LIVE PRODUCING A LOOOOT OF STRESS HORMONES…..

    YOU'LL DIE FAAAASTER !!!!!!
